Our holiday apartment is located on the first floor of a lovingly renovated farmhouse. On 110 m² you will find a spacious living area with wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and additional gallery sleeping areas – perfect for up to 6 guests.

Take the cog railway to Wendelstein (35 km) – panorama from Zugspitze to Großglockner. Kampenwand (40 km) offers a cable car and cozy alpine huts.

How can I book the holiday apartment?

What does the apartment cost?
The holiday apartment costs 120 € per night for up to 4 guests. From the 5th guest, we charge an additional 12 € per person per night. Included in the price: final cleaning, bed linen, towels, WiFi, parking and firewood.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is possible from 2:00 PM, check-out until 10:00 AM. If you would like to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact us – we will try to accommodate your wishes where possible.
Is there a minimum stay?
Yes, the minimum stay is 4 nights. This allows you to explore the region at leisure and truly relax.
How far is it to Lake Chiemsee?
Lake Chiemsee, also called the "Bavarian Sea", is only about 30 km away and can be reached in about 30 minutes by car. There you can visit Herrenchiemsee Palace, explore Fraueninsel, or simply relax on the beach.
Is WiFi available?
Yes, fast WiFi is available free of charge throughout the holiday apartment and is included in the price.
Where can I park?
A free parking space directly at the house is included in the price. You can conveniently arrive and park by car.
Is the apartment suitable for cyclists?
Absolutely! Wasserburg is a hub for seven long-distance cycle routes. The famous Inn Cycle Path passes right by our doorstep. The Mozart Cycle Path, which connects Lake Chiemsee with Salzburg, is also easily accessible. Bicycles can be stored securely.
How far is it to Meggle company?
The Meggle company in Wasserburg am Inn is only about 5 km away and can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Our holiday apartment is therefore ideal for business travelers or contractors.
